  • No residency requirement for clinics open to public
• Wellness Clinics (Blue Triangle and St Vincent de Paul) - To be eligible you must have

• No medical insurance (public or private)
• Proof of residency in Marion County, Indiana (Letter addressed to you)
• Income less than 150% of Federal Poverty Level
• A pay stub (if working) or INET statement (if unemployed)
• $5 per visit
• An appointment by calling 955-0217 (Tues, Wed, Thurs  at 8 AM)

• Dental Clinic - To be eligible you must have
  • No dental insurance (public or private)
  • Proof of residency in Marion County, Indiana (Letter addressed to you)
  • Income less than 150% of Federal Poverty Level
  • A pay stub (if working) or INET statement (if unemployed)
  • $5 per visit
