Our mission
Gennesaret Free Clinics provides quality, accessible, and compassionate patient-centered healthcare for persons experiencing homelessness or lacking established healthcare.
Seeking to serve, GFC is a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, staff, and volunteers who treat all persons with dignity and respect.
Our vision
All persons in Indianapolis have access to quality, patient-centered healthcare regardless
of their insurance coverage or ability to pay.
Gennesaret Free Clinics views healthcare as not only a social issue but also a civil rights issue. GFC strives to serve the most underserved individuals in our community, who are disproportionately BIPOC and/or Latino. Through providing each person with high-quality healthcare, we not only empower each patient to become stronger and more vibrant, but also build a stronger and more vibrant Indianapolis community.
Since 1988, Gennesaret Free Clinics has annually served thousands of the most vulnerable individuals in the Indianapolis community, including those experiencing homelessness and living in poverty. Gennesaret brings compassionate and patient-centered healthcare directly to those who need it the most at no cost.
Gennesaret has been able to help tackle racial disparities and serve a variety of minority groups. Find out more information about impact by viewing our impact page.
