Brad Baxter

Brad serves as a Managing Broker and Branch Manager of the Carpenter Realtors office in Broad Ripple with a team of 25+ successful brokers. In addition to managing the office, Brad also continues to help clients buy and sell residential real estate all over the Indianapolis Metro market and surrounding counties. Brad has been a full-time broker in the real estate business since 2004. Brad owned his own franchise office with Weichert Realtors in Carmel for 10 years, and then in January 2016, he was fortunate enough to sell my company and merge his team into Carpenter Realtors.

Brad is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR), and he currently serves on the MIBOR Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. Brad is a 10-year 5-Star Real Estate Agent award recipient based on customer satisfaction reviews. Brad is married to his wife Sara, who are celebrating 30 years of marriage, and they are the proud parents of 3 children.
