Darrell Williams is the Associate Director of LVA US Environment Strategy at Eli Lilly with roles at the company spanning experiences in marketing, digital market access, and strategic ecosystem development.
Before joining Lilly, Darrell accumulated experience in the healthcare ecosystem, working with payers, providers, healthcare startups. His breadth of expertise spans UX & digital health strategy, product management & consumer experience development, AI ethics & data science research, and health equity.
Darrell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing with a specialty in digital systems from Michigan State University, along with dual master’s degrees—a Master of Science in Information (MSI) with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction & Research, and a Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) concentrating on Health Management and Policy, from the University of Michigan. Yes, he attended rival schools and somehow lived to tell the tale.
Darrell’s work with nonprofit organizations is extensive. He co-founded and serves as president of the Lawson Porter Scholarship Foundation, which focuses on creating equitable pathways to higher education for African American students. Darrell is also the Ministry Operations Director at Christ Church Apostolic in Indianapolis, where the mission is to create community, cultivate purpose, and commission disciples.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Darrell relocated to Indiana in 2022. He and his wife, Magnificent, enjoy traveling, building relationships, and spending time with friends.
