Jay Horn

Jay Horn, CPA, is a Managing Director with the Healthcare Team at CBIZ in Indianapolis. He has spent more than 25 years advising healthcare organizations, physician groups, and dental practices on strategic, financial, operational, and real estate development initiatives. Jay earned a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.

Jay and his wife, Evie, have been married for more than 25 years and are the proud parents of two sons, Jacob and Lucas. Jacob earned his master’s degree from Indiana University in 2026, and Lucas is currently a junior at Indiana University. Outside of work, Jay enjoys traveling, coaching CYO sports, and supporting nonprofit organizations and community initiatives. He is known for a collaborative, relationship-driven leadership style.
